First-Time Homebuyer Class Schedule
Starting in January we will be starting a series of 1 1/2 hr. orientation meetings on a monthly basis on Wed. evenings with Freddie Mac.
Times and locations yet to be determined. The focus will be dispelling the myths surrounding homeownership.

Wed. May 21,2008 6PM-7:30PM Kitsap County Housing Authority office 9307 Bayshore Dr. NW Silverdale - In the gray single story building

These HUD approved classes are required for both the loan programs of Wash State Housing Finance Commission and USDA Rural Development loans.
About The Classes
The Kitsap Housing Coalition is a local partnership of lenders, realtors, housing service agencies, and other home ownership related services. The class is a 5 hr. course. Our goal is to prepare you for home ownership and familiarize you with the home buying process and programs. Certificates are given after the 5 hr.session is completed. Attendance is a requirement for many of the First Time Home Buyer and Down payment Assistance programs. The certificate is good for two years. There is No Charge For The Class Or The Handouts. We invite you to attend. Instructors are certified by Wash State Housing Finance Commission

The next Washing State Finance Commission HUD approved 5 hour first time home buyer class will be:
Sat. April 26, 2008 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Pt. Townsend Community Center 620 Tyler in Port Townsend.
