Our Caitlin Heights development in Silverdale is officially underway! 30 hardworking families and individuals are currently building their new homes. There are still plenty of building lots available. You must be income qualified and have decent credit in order to qualify. The families in our Kingston building groups are working hard! A total of 12 families have completed building and are enjoying life in their new homes. 14 more are still building their homes and expect to move in during the Spring of 2012. These beautiful houses are located on Ohio Avenue, near the intersection of Sunnyview Lane.
Port Orchard has seen a flurry of activity over the past 3 years, with 89 new homes completed:
· 18 families moved into their new homes at Harris Place, on the corner of Harris Road and Lund Avenue
· 20 families have moved into their homes at Reite Estates off of Harris Road, south of Lund Avenue
· 24 families have moved into their new homes at Madrona Glen, at the corner of Madrona and Fircrest, next to Orchard Heights Elementary School
· 27 families have moved into their new homes at Archer Point on Harold Drive, off of Bethel Road.
We are looking for more building lots in Port Orchard. If you are interested in owning a home in Port Orchard, put in your application now so you can get on the waiting list.

We are working on forging new relationships in Mason County to open the door for
purchasing building lots for future building groups in this county. In the meantime, you

The Hamilton Heights development in Port Townsend has been completed. A total of 37 families are enjoying the fruits of
their labor as they relax in their beautiful new homes. Hamilton Heights is located at the corner of Hastings and Howard.
