- Loans for low-income county residents for the purpose of rehabilitating their residences.

- Units for qualified low-income families or individuals. Effective November 1, 2009, KCCHA will no longer provide specific wait list numbers. Our staff will only be able to confirm if the applicant is on the wait list or not.

- The Development Program is funded by reimbursements from bond sales and financing fee charges. This account funds salaries and consultant contracts necessary to carry out the development work plan.
- The HUD Fund was established to account for programs that are funded by revenues legally restricted to expenditures for specified purposes. Typically the funds granted can only be used for a single purpose.
