Legal Services
The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority (“KCCHA”) will receive proposals from qualified firms for legal services at the offices of KCCHA until 2:00 PM, Local Time, on Friday, March 26, 2010. Legal services needed include general landlord / owner representation, civil rights, fair housing and real estate consultation.
KCCHA reserves the right to waive any and all informalities or to reject any and all proposals.
3944 NW Munson St Renovation
The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority (“KCCHA”) will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors at the offices of KCCHA until 2:00 PM, Local Time, on Friday, March 12, 2010, for the renovation of a vacant, four bedroom single-family home located at KCCHA’s Public Housing Scattered Sites development, address 3944 NW Munson St., Silverdale, WA 98383.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the offices of KCCHA, 9307 Bayshore Drive NW, Silverdale, WA 98383, (360) 535-6100, at the stated time and date.
NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
