Golden Tides III

Golden Tides III is owned by the Dye's Inlet Associates Limited Partnership, of which the Housing Authority is the General Partner. Golden Tides III received its permanent financing through a mix of local, state, federal and private funding. Kitsap County provided HOME funds. Washington State provided Housing Assistance Program dollars and Federal Low Income Tax Credits were allocated through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and purchased by Key Community Development Corporation. Key Bank provided both construction financing and a permanent loan. Mithun Partners is the architect and Synergy Construction, Inc. is the general contractor.

The mix of public and private funds allow the rents to be affordable to very low-income seniors. Rent for a one bedroom unit will range from $185 to $370 per month. All of the units will serve seniors who make under $15,165. Three of the units will be set aside for seniors who make less than $8,425 per year.
